We focus our efforts on two serious, broadly prevalent health concerns: heart disease and end-of-life care.
Since heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S., we work to raise money to support heart research centers.
We see that the resources needed to care for our geriatric population are not keeping pace with growth rates in that sector of society. Medical caregivers are expected to serve more people with fewer resources, resulting in escalating burn-out rates and lower quality of long-term care. By serving those who serve the elderly and dying we reduce caregiver burnout and improve care quality.
In our every pursuit we strive to accomplish the greatest good for the greatest number of people.
We embrace a philosophy of ongoing professional and personal discovery. This is evidenced by our support of heart research and our efforts to serve caregivers with their own work of wellness.
Of ourselves, we demand ethical and responsible behavior.
While adhering to these core values which guide our activities, we remain open to improving them as we grow and learn more about our work.
